3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility accuracy, reconciliation, emotional results or future events. Astrology-inspired content is interpretive and reflective. You are responsible for your own choices and actions.
4. Purchases and pricing
The one-time Cosmic Love Reading may be offered at $4.99. The optional 30-Day Cosmic Love Journey may be offered at $9.99/month. Prices may change in the future, but changes do not affect charges already completed unless required by law.
5. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation options available through the payment provider or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Payment providers
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and NOWPayments. By paying, you may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms, privacy policies and security checks.
7. Access and delivery
After payment confirmation, Alinastra attempts to unlock the reading, dossier and/or monthly journey automatically. Access may depend on the same browser/session, reading ID, email, payment confirmation and technical availability. If you experience issues, contact support with your email and order ID.
8. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and not misuse, copy, attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the service. You must not submit information that you do not have permission to use.
9. Intellectual property
Alinastra, its branding, design, copy, reading structure, dossier format and related content are owned by or licensed to Alinastra. You may use your purchased reading for personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell or publish the service content commercially without written permission.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because digital content can be delivered immediately after payment, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, internet issues or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alinastra is not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on its content.
