- Name or first name you enter in the quiz.
- Email address used for access, delivery and support.
- Birth dates, relationship status, answers and preferences you provide to generate your reading.
- Payment status, order ID, subscription ID, provider metadata and transaction references. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, approximate location, pages visited and events triggered through analytics tools.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate Alinastra, deliver your reading, send your dossier link, support your account, process payments, prevent abuse and improve the service.
- Generate and display your Cosmic Love Reading and Premium Dossier.
- Send purchase confirmations and subscription emails in the language selected by the user when available.
- Provide access to the 30-Day Cosmic Love Journey.
- Track checkout, purchase and engagement events for analytics and advertising measurement.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and NOWPayments. These providers process payment data under their own privacy and security rules. Alinastra receives limited payment confirmation information such as payment status, order ID, email, amount and currency.
