The one-time Cosmic Love Reading and Premium Dossier are digital products delivered after payment confirmation. Because access can be granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the reading or dossier has been unlocked.
- You may contact support if you were charged twice for the same reading.
- You may contact support if payment succeeded but access was not delivered and we cannot resolve it.
- You may contact support if there was a clear billing or technical error.
2. Monthly subscription
The 30-Day Cosmic Love Journey is a monthly subscription billed at $9.99/month unless shown otherwise at checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the payment provider or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- The current billing period is generally not prorated or refunded after access is activated.
- If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact support for review.
3. Crypto payments
Crypto payments through providers such as NOWPayments may involve network fees, blockchain confirmation delays and exchange-rate movement. Network fees, blockchain costs and third-party provider fees are generally not refundable by Alinastra.
4. How to request help
To request support or a refund review, contact us at help@alinastra.com and include the email used at checkout, order ID, payment provider, amount and a short description of the issue.
5. Abuse and chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with this policy. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, access may be paused while the provider reviews the case.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. If local law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, we will handle the request according to that law.
